No Injunction for Now

Just listening to the ruling, or lack there of, and for right now no injunction will be levied against Research in Motion.

RIM stock (RIMM) is skyrocketing right now…

UPDATE: 1
I’ve listened to several interviews by RIM co-CEO Jim Balsille and although he hasn’t just come out and said that there will not be a settlement with NTP, of the few options RIM has, that one seems to be on the top of his list. He did say that it is quite conceiveable that NTP will never see a dime from RIM.
