Motorola today announced that it is buying Research in Motion rival Good Technology, a move that should boost prospects for Motorola’s Windows Mobile powered Q smartphone.
Good Technology is the maker of GoodLink, a “Push” based email delivery system similar to that found on the BlackBerry and will join Motorola’s mobile devices unit which has done very well in recent years due to the success of the Razr line of phones.
