This is just one problem that RIM needs to work out once and for all.  RIM releases a OS update for it&#039;s customers using it&#039;s hardware device (the BB Storm) yet some service provider claims it&#039;s not supported? WHAT? Smartphones have updates all the time, those updates are best when they come directly from the manufacture.  verizon&#039;s handset games need to stop, for the good of RIM.</description>
