He just switched phones. All celebrities do that. They get gift baskets to promote phones, so they dont stay with a phone for a while. Whenever a new one comes out, celebs get em. So the photographer probably just caught him on the day he picked up his bold. He had the curve for a long time now, and since you cant just switch out SIMs with verizon, he probably hasn't switch his number yet. Chances are, the bold is in his pocket.
