They say that autumn is the best time to pick blackberries off of the bush so it would seem only appropriate that the next generation of BlackBerry mobile email devices come out in the autumn as well. Jim Balsillie, CEO of Research in Motion, said in a BusinessWeek interview that RIM has a full slate of new devices coming out in the Autumn timeframe.
We have been hearing rumors about new BlackBerry devices all summer but the chatter in the BlackBerry rumor mill has been picking up lately. Just recently we have heard credible rumors about the BlackBerry 8700, affectionately known as the BlackBerry Electron and also about a new BlackBerry 7100 model called the BlackBerry 7100i. Hopefully, BlackBerry Connect offerings from Mortorola and Nokia will come out in the U.S. as well.
