I'm reporting what I'm dealing with (unlike your bias), and if the phone doesn't work, no matter what make or provider, it's a piece of useless plastic (you're personally upset I called the iPhone a piece of useless plastic? LOL...unreal). It shows that while RIM can go down, so can a provider, thus making a device useless on their service. What good is wireless if I'm not near a wireless connection?
