Not happening. MS has their stock repurchase program going on, and with the credit crunch going on and availability of cash, it’ll be a hard one to do without stretching themselves thin. A stock swap wouldn’t cut it either.

MS has lost focus and cannot be everything to everyone. They should have concentrated on the desktop and stayed there. Networking computers is what they do best.

It would be a fabulous move for Microsoft, but I cannot see RIM allowing such a takeover.

I think it would be an ugly fight, kind of like when MS tried to take over Yahoo…
