Is RIM having yet another outage?
Did they maybe upgrade something server side?

We might never know as RIM is less than helpful and forthcoming in alerting and explaining the many outages.

yeah my BBM went out on my Verizon 8130 yesterday for a few hours. Then later last night I lost data connectivity for about an hour (despite battery pulls, resending service books, registering with the HRT again, etc...)

but this morning I noticed BBM is running MUCH better than it used to. I'm getting "D's" a lot quicker than I used to, etc... Did they maybe upgrade something server side?

What is up? RIM has the unique system which by and large they control and could make things much more mission critical and reliable, and benefit from that big time. I'm not sure if priorities are being taken care of as they should. We still haven't been told what happened to cause the last recent outage, and what is being done to solve that issue.
