I downloaded the update but I can't get it to work at all on my Sprint 8130. Pushing that button came up with voice dialing so I turned that off and didn't assign anything to it. But pushing or holding down the button while in Google Maps does nothing. :(

I will probably get around to testing out this weekend.

Here are the instrunctions from the Google Mobile blog:

Using voice search is as simple as 1, 2, 3:

Press "0" to center the map view around your location

Press the left-side key and hold it while you say the name or type of business you're looking for (for example, "pizza")

When you're done speaking, release the left-side key, and our voice recognition technology will figure out your request and find the business you've been looking for, no typing needed

Has anyone else had any luck with it?

Just downloaded it on my Pearl but I don't see any options for voice search. Tried the voice command while in the map, but it defaults to my address book. Any luck using testing it out there?
