BlackBerry London

The Verge was able to get their hands on a new BlackBerry device code named BlackBerry London will be one of the first BlackBerry devices running RIM’s new mobile OS, BBX.

The BlackBerry London is supposedly thinner than an iPhone 4s and is equipped with a TI OMAP dual-core CPU clocked to 1.5GHz, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of onboard storage, an 8-megapixel rear camera, and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

RIM has been saying that we would see the first BBX BlackBerry smartphone in February of next year, but, The Verge is stating that we won’t see the BlackBerry London until June of next year.

7digital Music Store

7digital Music Store has been updated to version 1.5.11 and now includes support for BlackBerry 7 devices.

Those BlackBerry 7 device users taking advantage of the free BlackBerry Apps being given away by RIM as a Thank You Gift for bearing with the company through it’s biggest outage in history may have noticed that if you tried to buy music from Shazam Encore, it took you to a link that didn’t exist.

Needless to say, this is no longer the case…

BlackBerry Colt

Back in August, Research in Motion said that we would see the first BBX BlackBerry devices in Q1 early next year.  Barclays Capital analyst, Jeff Kvall, however, believes that the BlackBerry Colt, which RIM failed to show out BlackBerry Dev Con 2011, is delayed more than the company acknowledges…

RIM Logo

Yesterday I started hearing that some BlackBerry users were having problems with delayed messages on Twitter, email, and browsing the web.  Rumors that Research in Motion was having some type of outage started to spread, but, as it turns out, there was actually a problem with the internet…

There was a global Internet issue this morning that impacted a number of Internet Service Providers (ISP) around the world. RIM’s BlackBerry Infrastructure was not impacted however, some customers may have experienced delays with their ISP. RIM continues to monitor the situation.

AT&T BlackBerry Bold 9900

After much too long a wait, the BlackBerry Bold 9900 is finally available on AT&T.  There has been no ‘official‘ word on why it has taken AT&T so long to release the Bold 9900 which has been very popular on on T-Mobile as well as the Bold 9930 variant on Sprint and Verizon, however, we believe it is because AT&T wanted to sell as many BlackBerry Torch 9810 devices, which are exclusive to AT&T, as possible.

The AT&T BlackBerry Bold 9900 will set you back $199.99 on a 2-year contract with a minimum data plan of $15 per month.  You can pick up the AT&T BlackBerry Bold, of course, from AT&T, and, we’ve also seen it at Best Buy.

Post image for Has AT&T changed its mind on releasing the BlackBerry Bold 9900 soon?

Remember the other day when AT&T tweeted that the BlackBerry Bold 9900 was coming soon?  Well, that Tweet appears to have been deleted from AT&T’s timeline.  I don’t want to make the leap that the deletion of that tweet means that it won’t be releasing the BlackBerry Bold soon, but, one must ask the question…
