Word on the street is that Facebook for BlackBerry Smartphones v1.7 is coming out in September and will have the following features:
- Faster page loading
- Ability to filter the news feed (Status updates, photos, links, etc.)
- A new view profile option
- More
The current version of Facebook for BlackBerry doesn’t work on OS 5 so a popular thought is that this new version will come with OS 5, which, is rumored to come out this month as well.

Can’t hardly wait…
I guessing probably towards the end of this month.
Will it screw up my calender provisioning like Facebook 1.6? I really enjoyed that….
Is this for real? I hate version 1.6. An upgrade is really needed. Any idea when?
