E-Mail Addiction Is Good!

There is an interesting commentary on Forbes.com by Arik Hesseldahl that talks about “Email Addiction” and a survey about email usage conducted by America online.  Although I don’t get twitchy or anxious when I am not at a computer or don’t have my BlackBerry on me, I would say that I don’t like to go more than a few hours without being able to check email unless it is the weekend or I am on vacaction.
