I called Cingular today to try and get this personal unlimited rate plan and they don't yet have it in the system. They show a business unlimited for $29.99, but that requires a min # of lines. The personal rate plan still rings up as $44.99.

Will this rate reduction apply to existing accounts?

It would make sense: the new plan pricing, the new phone, both aimed at the same market.
