Was unable to upgrade it to my original service, so I called Cingular and spent an hour on the phone with them. The couldn't resolve the problem, and then within a matter of minutes it was taken off the business site... How annoying... They said that they didn't even have any stock yet, and it was for pre-order only. And they didn't have any idea when it would be in stores..
