		<description>One problem with Cingular is that they are so late to the game in rolling out their 3G services.  Verizon has had theirs up now for about 2 years, and Sprint for about 1 year...but Cingular is still pushing phones with the noticeably slower EDGE data service.

If Cingular doesn&#039;t do some sort of major nationwide 3G rollout this year, they will be at a huge disadvantage.</description>
