Rumor has it that the BlackBerry Pearl will be available before a little sooner that was previously thought.
Engadget Mobile reports that Boy Genius says “Cingular’s BlackBerry Pearl will launch before Christmas, with very minor cosmetic differences (e.g. keypad color, and so on)”
Additionally, BBHub Reader BB4Life says that he was able to confirm “from a reliable source” that the Cingular BlackBerry Pearl will be available in late November or early December.

Cingular would be crazy not to release the Pearl before Christmas. It’s already proven to be a very popular phone; they will sell a huge number of these phones during the Holiday season.
Oh, it’ll be out, don’t u worry….I’ve already held it in my handsss!!! But I still like the TMo version better..it has much better appeal to it

I stopped by a Cingular store this weekend and nonchalantly asked when Cingular would carry the Pearl. The rep there also said it would be sometime before Christmas.
I just like the casing and keypad of the T-Mo version. The Cingular Version keypad is lightly colored and the casing of the Cingular version is like a light bluish texture. I don’t like that. I’d rather prefer black. It’s a personal prefrence.
