As an app developer and group manager I am permitted to have certain devices that I can use to test applications for the BlackBerry 10 OS. So far I have had the opportunity to work with the Dev Alpha A, B and now most recently C device.
The Dev Alpha C is specifically designed to match the specs needed for applications built for the BlackBerry Q10 phone, available late April early May.
