Most important feature is that you'll be able to email WHILE on the phone. A better browser is nicer... but this feature will come in handy when I'm on the phone 4 hours a day and on those painful conference calls. I consider that a huge leap from where we are today.

I wish they would have spent some more time on a few of the features that have been lacking in the last few models like, the browser and HTML e-mail.

The real regret is RIM not getting the Thunder out before the iPhone, making it a tag team of RIM and VZW vs. Apple and AT&T. The network and phone vs. the phone and network.

The Bold to me is just a Curve update, where the Thunder will probably be more of a direct competitor to the iPhone. Overall though, the entire RIM line of phones should keep RIM growing. I'd like to see how the Bold keyboard holds up against the Curve.

Did it say something like. "experience high speed browsing over wi-fi almost anywhere"? Does that mean that web browsing isn't over 3G? So is it still going slow EDGE browsing?

Regrettably, the Bold will probably not be released before the iPhone.

Aside from that being a purely selfish desire, I still think from a marketing standpoint that would have been best.
