		<description>I actually have had Buzzd for a little while and it&#039;s a lot fun. It&#039;s the facebook for dining and clubbing and whatever is popping without the bumper stickers and so forth.

You can have a little profile and friend people, but the point is that someone will be at a spot somewhere  in new york and say this place is great, come check it out, and other people in the network and friends will get word of that, like a mass e-mail.

a more user and organic version of zagat or city search so it&#039;s a lot of fun to find out what&#039;s going on a saturday night, like a n unknown jazz club or a concert or real real good gyros</description>

buzzd does not use GPS. It uses cell-ID location, a alternative technology that hurts less on the devices battery &amp; is more accurate in crowded areas like bars, events &amp; restaurants. I&#039;d say give buzzd another try</description>
