		<description>That guy was silly for saying that they would never have another outage but you can&#039;t seriously believe that RIM is no longer relevant.  They are number one in the U.S. and the margin widened.</description>

		<description>You make a really good point.  RIM probably probably suffers much more vitriol by not informing anyone than they would by putting up a note letting customers know that they are aware of the issue and are working on it.</description>
