Most manufacturers don't get it perfect at the start anyways, choosing to update and patch as they go. I don't think the Storm has fully hurt the credibility of the company anymore more than say Microsoft and Vista. As a matter of fact, I think it's probably helped the company. The Storm brought attention to RIM, making it viable as a consumer phone manufacturer and that it's not just for business suits.Granted there's been headaches, I'm not a fan of my Storm. I'm upset that Verizon is taking it's sweet old time to approve an OS update. I don't want to update my OS because I shouldn't have to. People tell me that things will be better when a new OS is on there, until this happens, I'll continuously be disappointed with my Storm but I won't consider it the failure bastard of a phone that you seem to think it is. @The Shadow
