It’s true, I’ve had my storm for over a year and I used to freak out and put protective shields on it, when my last one wore out I didn’t replace it. It has been protective cover free for over 4 months and there is not a single scratch on this thing. I put it in my purse with keys, and other objects that may scratch it. The screen seems to be unscratchable. Compared to my friend who just got a blackberry pearl a few months ago and she has scratches already.

to everyone saying he didnt push very hard because the screen didn’t light up. the storm only recognizes warm fingers, not cool objects, even if the screen clicks. if you dont believe me and dont want to put y0ur phone threw this abuse, try clicking it with an eraser

I just bought a new Blackberry Storm and the Verizon sales girl sold me on a screen protector by iShieldz; I visited their website at http://www.ishieldz.com and they claim to offer a lifetime guarantee. I guess we’ll see if I ever have to take them up on it. The upsell cost me an extra $14.97, which is not bad considering what I paid for the Storm.

I freaked myself out yesterday. Put my Storm in my pocket with my iPod. When I took them both out the Storm had NOTICEABLE (visual and by feel) scratches on the screen. At first I freaked out, but then calmed down once I realized it was only a shipping screen protector that was scratched – not the actual screen.

Screen looks resistant. I’d still never put a $400-$600 phone in my pocket with keys. This is why business users carry holsters.

I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to get the InvisibleSHIELD, but they had a booth at the local mall installing Ghost Armors, so I had them do it there. I’ve never used the InvisibleSHIELD before, but I got to say that I really like the Ghost Armor.
