The title of this post pretty much says it all.  Just remember that this is not an official update from Verizon so make sure you know what you are doing if you decide to upgrade your device.

You can get OS 4.7.0.148 for your BlackBerry Storm 9530 here

Been playing with it. While responsive and working the way it should’ve from the beginning, it still has the memory leak. I’m glad VZW has agreed to swap mine out for the Tour when it’s released.

I think this may be the one fellas. I’ve used it since posted and love the fixes. I work in a basement with no signal and have always had to go to connection management to disable and reenable. Now, it is very responsive to reconnect. It also doesn’t get stuck on clock/bedside mode and unlocking. I’d highly recommend.

There’s also a green “go” button on the browser keyboard where the return key used to be.
