BlackBerry Software

If you know anything about BlackBerry then you know BlackBerry Messenger. Research in Motion recently released the beta version of BBM7 Voice and I must tell you that it is a wonder to actually press the little green icon and begin to talk with my BBM contact.

BlackBerry Messenger is by far the best mobile messaging program out to date and with the addition of BBM Voice; this just puts more distance between BBM and any other mobile messaging program out on the market.

So many people have debated that RIM should take BBM cross-platform, but I still believe that BBM should be exclusive for BlackBerry users only.  With the addition of BBM 7 Voice, I can just imagine that soon BBM Video will be implemented solidifying BlackBerry Messenger’s place as the best mobile messaging program on the market.

The new BBM 7 update is available now for download in BlackBerry World for devices running BlackBerry 6 OS and higher with support planned for smartphones running the BlackBerry 5 OS sometime early next year.

NOTE: Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours for the app to be available in the BlackBerry World storefront.

Check out the video below and get a taste of BBM7 Voice!
