We have them in the RDU area and they are awful! Cheap plans and phones but a terrible network. It is the old ATT network in this area. Cingular traded it to them in return for Suncom&#039;s Richmond area network. They have big problems with the netwrok handing off calls from tower to tower. Long story short, talking and driving is a challenge.
