Whatever you do, do not give Suncom a call. We have them in the RDU area and they are awful! Cheap plans and phones but a terrible network. It is the old ATT network in this area. Cingular traded it to them in return for Suncom’s Richmond area network. They have big problems with the netwrok handing off calls from tower to tower. Long story short, talking and driving is a challenge. Let’s hope T-Mo put some $ into the network here now that they finally closed the deal.

AF, Not that I don’t make grammar and spelling mistakes regularly, today seems especially bad. I’ve given up on IM for the day and I can’t even make sense of some of the emails I’ve sent out.

Don’t you mean 8120? I thought the 8820 was only used for the 88xx series (goes without saying, 8800/8820/8830) and not the Pearl.
