		<description>Since I didnt have my blackberry OS on my computer,I had to try a different method, maybe it would work for you. 
Go to (my) Computer -&gt; C: -&gt; Program Files -&gt; Common Files -&gt; Research In Motion -&gt; App Loader

once in there, there should be a little icon that says &quot;loader&quot;, double click that and it will open the loader. All you have to do then is select &quot;add&quot; and find the alx file on your computer and then it should upload it.
