Go to (my) Computer -> C: -> Program Files -> Common Files -> Research In Motion -> App Loader once in there, there should be a little icon that says "loader", double click that and it will open the loader. All you have to do then is select "add" and find the alx file on your computer and then it should upload it. Sorry I cant be more specific at this time.
