Smarter Apps, makers of the popular Angry Birds clone for BlackBerry, Angry Farm, let us know over the weekend about their new BlackBerry game Zombie Attack, which is now available for free in BlackBerry App World with 100 levels of zombie blasting fun.
You were one of the few who prepared, they all said you were crazy, but you knew better! Now your day has finally come. Armed with your makeshift launcher, more ammunition in storage than is probably legal, and your faithful zombie apocalypse survival kit, you stand prepare to face off with the hordes of brain eating zombies! Zombie Attack is a free BlackBerry download, however, for $0.99 you can access the nuclear bomb which gives you the ability once per hour to destroy everything on the screen. We aren’t sure how long Zombie Attack will be free, so, head over to BlackBerry App World and check it out while it is.
Our BlackBerry Deal of the Day for Friday, August 19th, is Angry Farm from Smarter Apps. Angry Farm is a an Angry Birds for BlackBerry clone that, instead of catapulting birds at pigs, you fire farm animals at foxes. Angry Farm normally cost $4.99, but, as todays’ BlackBerry Deal of the Day, is just $2.49, 50% off the regular price.
Angry Farm, a pretty decent BlackBerry clone of the insanely popular game Angry Birds, has been updated to v1.1.o. If you had the previous version, you will immediately notice that things have been speed up tremendously and that the overall game play is just better. 10 new levels have also been added, bringing the total number of levels up to 40.

With as many BlackBerry users as there are (60 million or so) you would think that Rovio would have released Angry Birds for BlackBerry by now, or, at least have announced that Angry Birds for BlackBerry is coming. There is no official word on what Rovio’s plans for Angry Birds for BlackBerry are, but, that doesn’t mean you can’t satisfy your fix for shooting farm animals from a sling shot. BlackBerry app developer Smarter Apps has released Angry Farm, an Angry Birds clone for BlackBerry, and I’ve got admit, Angry Farm is just as engaging as the original.
Bubble Birds, a really cool, premium, bubble popper style game for the BlackBerry that came out a couple of weeks ago, has been updated and now includes a free version and is available for download in BlackBerry App World. The free version does include advertising, but, they are not that intrusive.
Bubble Birds is supported on BlackBerry devices running BB OS 4.6 and higher. Pick up the free version of Bubble Birds in BlackBerry App World, or, pick up the ad-free Bubble Birds Premium in the RIMarkable Store.
If you are looking for a good to pass the time on your BlackBerry you may want to take a look at WordSearch, the classic word game, from Tafasa.

It’s been a while since we’ve last talked about a BlackBerry game, but, BeZombied Free by Luna Games is a good one, and, with Halloween just around, we figured that this would be a good way to start the week. BeZombied is essentially one of those BeJeweled style puzzle games where you need to clear the screen by matching at least 3 like Zombies. This game is add supported, but, you really won’t notice them once you get into the game.
