I'm having way too many issues with the 9700 holding signal and pumping random reboots. My 9700 experience has been so bad that TMO has given me an HD2 for free. Both devices are going up on eBay and I'm leaving TMO. Hopefully they will carry over the back cover of the Bold...by far more comfortable in the hand than the Tour cover. Otherwise, this is all Tour with the Bold name. Keyboard, frame, battery, etc. The 9650 will hopefully be the best BlackBerry out there in my opinion (provided there’s zero issues).
