According to PhoneScoop, the BlackBerry Bold 9650 is heading to U.S. Cellular and will be available on August 18th. The device will cost $230 on a 2-year contract. U.S. Cellular is offering a $70 mail-in rebate, however, we aren’t sure if the out the door price is $300 or $230.
