Black Friday is here, however, Cingular’s BlackBerry Pearl isn’t

Cingular BlackBerry PearlWell, Cingular has done it again. The Nation’s largest wireless carrier has somehow managed to botch the release of arguably the hottest smartphone ever on the biggest selling day of the year. From what we hear Cingular’s BlackBerry Pearl is largely unavailable across the United States.

It would appear that all those distribution problems Cingular had way back over year ago when they released the BlackBerry 8700c are still prevelant. They actually may have gotten worse at it since then. This is probably why Cingular won’t be number one much longer.
