Another Month, Another BlackBerry Outage

BlackBerry OutageWell, it looks like BlackBerry users accross North America experienced a BIS outage today.  I’ve been away from the computer all day so I am just now hearing about this, however, there are many reports that the issues have been resolved.

    as long as I can SMS and make calls – I’m good. To me, the rest is a luxury.

    I just got my Blackberry 8820 5 days ago and didn’t have a clue as to the problem and what’s pissy is neither did Rim Blackberry Support, they kept me on hold for over an hour. Hmmmm…. adding insult to my injury. To bad they just couldn’t tell me the system was down. :-(

    my Pearl 8130 on vzw was fine here in central Iowa.

    Roaming in Latvia with my US BBerry 8820 have not had service all day, called AT&T but this did not address my problem, saved by use of WiFi connection on the 8820.

    I actually DID have outages (well, 30 minute delays) all morning yesterday (Sprint/Cincinnati)

    Was annoying, but not the end of the world.
