It's more than obvious to most who know better and those that care that RIM is at a disadvantage when it comes to the quality of the device, the user experience quality and direct user feedback when RIM becomes a third party and it's ability to sell, service, train, and get timely updates directly out to consumers is diminished.Options for consumers are good, options are good for RIM.
