It looks like Alltell is looking for ways other than charging you for data and minutes to boost their bottom line. They have just announced that they will be offering SalesNOW, a CRM application designed for the the BlackBerry.
The service enables connections from BlackBerrys or over the Internet via a secure account with the telco. Changes to accounts are automatically synced between the Web and BlackBerry versions of SalesNOW, so all information is current no matter if a user logs on from their handset or their PC back in the office.
