RIM has managed to speed this process up significantly.I applied this and I am not finding a huge difference - but my storm seemed to be one of the good ones out of the box.  I did not have any of the standard issues everyone has been talking about before upgrading.  There is already a .76 OS out there but I would imagine VZ would release the .75 version first.
