3G iPhone As Early As Q1 Next Year

One of my biggest knocks on the iPhone is that fact that it runs on AT&T’s slow EDGE network. Word on TheStreet.com, however, is that a 3G model of the iPhone could come out as early as Q1 next year.
The new 3G iPhone is expected to include features like global positioning for navigation services.

Confirmation, Sort Of, That The BlackBerry Pearl (8130) Will Have GPS

I don’t think too many people that have been following the rumors surrounding the BlackBerry Pearl 2 questioned if the CDMA version would have GPS and the GSM version Wi-Fi. The Sprint BlackBerry Pearl (8130) speck sheet that we posted last week didn’t, however, list GPS in its feature set.
