Earlier this month Research in Motion started selling all three models of the BlackBerry PlayBook for $299. We didn’t quite understand this pricing because we couldn’t imagine that anyone would buy anything other than the 64 GB model.
In a not so unexpected move, however, Research in Motion has lowered the price of the 16 GB BlackBerry PlayBook back down to $199. The 32 GB model is $249 and the 64 GB model is still $299.
